Our Staff

Our staff at Common Ground is truly unique! 50% of our teachers have been at Common Ground 5 years or more. Of those teachers, over half have been at Common Ground between 10 to 30 years! We know parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles. We are proud of our family involvement and have children in our program who are the children of past Common Ground Alumni. In the Reston tradition, we are diverse and proud of our multi-cultural staff and their devotion to helping to raise our community.
