Dear Parents and Caregivers,

It’s that time of year again! It’s time for our Spring Teacher Bonus Drive!

Twice a year we ask for donations from you to give our staff a bonus as a show of your appreciation for their hard work. Common Ground matches, 100% of the funds donated by parents, plus the cost of the taxes for these bonuses, so that you know every dollar donated goes to our teachers. We budget based on an average donation per family of between $300 and $500, twice per year. If we ever receive an excess to the budgeted amount, those funds will continue to be allocated to staff appreciation year round.

During our winter 2023 fundraising round, parent donations hit our target amount and we were able to award our budgeted bonus without dipping into our operating account!

Donations made to this fund are tax deductible and may qualify for donation matching from your company.

This year, we ask that you pledge your donation using the form below. Common Ground will then invoice you for the donation through either Brightwheel if you make payments there or through Quickbooks if you pay by ACH.

You may also make your donation through our PayPal Giving Fund: paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/1778362, however, please let us know that you have made the donation by filling out the form below.

We ask that pledges be in by May 15th, however, donations do not need to be made until July 31, 2024.
