VDH: Communicable Disease Policy

As part of our licensing requirements, we have to notify parents if a child in our care has been exposed to any of the Communicable Diseased in the chart below (linked here). This means that we need your help and participation to keep our center and community safe.

If your child is diagnosed with any of the following, you need to report the diagnosis to the Center as soon as you can. While your physician may give you a return timeline sooner than the ones listed in this chart, please note that Common Ground takes a conservative approach when it comes to protecting our public health and may require that your child stay home longer than what is recommended by your physician.
