Mask Policy- Updated June 2022
Our Mask Policy has been developed in line with the CDC community transmission level that can be found here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/covid-by-county.html
Our current transmission level is MEDIUM - updated June 6, 2022
LOW TRANSMISSION:
Indoors
Students: Masks are recommended for all students who are age 3 and up, regardless of vaccination status
Staff: Masks are required indoors for all staff
Outdoors:
Students: Masks are optional
Staff: Masks are optional
MEDIUM TRANSMISSION:
Indoors
Students: Masks are highly recommended for all students who are age 3 and up, regardless of vaccination status
Staff: Masks are required indoors for all staff
Outdoors
Students: Masks are optional
Staff: Masks are optional, provided staff practice social distancing while unmasked
HIGH TRANSMISSION:
Indoors
Students: Masks are required for all students who are age 3 and up, regardless of vaccination status
Staff: Masks are required indoors for all staff
Outdoors
Students: Masks are recommended when social distance cannot be mainatined
Staff: Masks are required
When there is a case of COVID in the center, regardless of community transmission level, we may require indoor and outdoor masking inline with test-to-stay and quarantine procedures.
Please let your classroom teachers know your preference on masking both indoors and outdoors.
